In partnership with the Tennessee Arts Commission and the Greene County Partnership, Frontier Health is excited to unveil the latest mural to join the mural trail in Greene County, situated in and around Downtown Greeneville. Samantha Culbertson, a native of Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee who holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from East Tennessee State University, was chosen as the featured artist.
With over a decade of industry experience and a passion for collaborative creativity, Samantha Culbertson specializes in crafting custom-made solutions tailored to her client’s unique needs. Leveraging her empathetic nature and keen listening skills, she collaborates with creative teams and individuals to produce designs that resonate emotionally and strategically. Culbertson has worked with diverse clients, from local start-ups to global corporations, including LaunchTN, The Food Network, Personality Pool, and the Tri-Cities Airport. Notable projects include collaborations with General Shale, Sync Space Entrepreneur Center, and the Golden Trailer Awards.

With the help of the Greene County Partnership, funding for the Frontier Health mural project was secured through the Tennessee Arts Commission’s Arts Build Communities (ABC) grant program. This grant aims to support arts initiatives that enhance access to artistic experiences and contribute to community well-being through artistic endeavors.
