INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES SERVICES
Frontier Industries empowers people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their highest level of “integrated living” and independence at training sites in Kingsport and Bristol. Vocational specialists provide supervisory instruction to develop good work habits, job skills, teach stamina and team building, provides on the job training, and community based jobs.
Frontier Health is a Ticket to Work Employment Network. Ticket to Work provides disability beneficiaries choices for receiving employment services in order to return to work. Beneficiaries can choose the employment network they use.

INDEPENDENCE UNLIMITED
Recovery education helps prepare individuals for community employment, manage mental health issues, live independently, become involved in the community, develop life and employability skills, improve problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. The Virginia services program works with the full service continuum to help individuals make the most of the recovery process.
CHALLENGING OPPORTUNITIES
Independence Unlimited opens doors to challenging and rewarding job opportunities for people with disabilities through supported employment, pre-vocational, day support, work adjustment, sheltered employment. Independence Unlimited, a fully integrated training facility for individuals with disabilities, fulfills contracts for many different area businesses.
HORTICULTURE AND RETAIL TRAINING
Four Seasons Greenhouse is a retail facility that provides hands-on training for people with disabilities who are empowered through employment. People who work or receive training at this site help fulfill an assembly contract for a local business. Four Seasons Greenhouse offers a large variety of vegetable and flowering plants, herbs and hanging baskets.
